As of right now, where I stand.

So my life has been an interesting roller coaster, these past few days. From quitting my job as a C.A. because I need to focus on my school work and on graduating on time; to having to deal with issues in getting a new computer and other more personal issues that have come up as well. Therefore I'm just trying to take things one day at a time, and trying to take it easy with things so I don't get too stressed out and depressed.

Yet despite all the difficulties I've been faced with lately, I have had some good news too. Like with looking into a new computer, I've narrowed it down at last to getting a laptop and right now it's come down to buying myself a MacBook. So I'm pretty excited about that, and in talking with friends, family, and other people about laptops and computer stuff, going Mac is my best option. Some other cool news, in not being able to get into my Spanish class this semester and in having extra time because I'm no longer a C.A., I've been able to free up enough time to get into a practicum/ internship for my major. Which is flippin awesome, because I'll be working with the college radio station here at USD, and I won't have to worry too much about trying to find an internship this summer, thus I can focus on taking a few summer courses.

Pretty exciting if you ask me, and I'm glad that things are starting to fit into place for me to graduate on time. I just hope that things will get in order with USD's messed up system with Financial Aid and the Business Office... ugh the joys of being a college student and running around like a chicken with your head cut off trying to get people to listen, and get things taken care of.

But other than that things are going pretty okay, I got my situation taken care of inregards to my ex. That's always a plus, because I really, really hate Drama!!! And I hate repeating myself a thousand times to a person who just won't listen and still hasn't let go of me, despite her being in a relationship with someone else now... Ugh, lesbians and drama, it's like clock work, and it's always there, no matter how hard you try to ignore it, it's there. I guess that's just how us women work, we love the emotional bullshit tied into relationships. I'm just glad right now to be taking life one day at a time, and right now it's pretty nice being single and getting back on my own two feet again.

With that said, I'm out of here, off to eat some lunch and get some more work done =)
